Our Community

Our philanthropic mission has always been about empowering youth and underserved NYC communities through health and education. As hunger and food instability remain a significant part of the Covid-19 crisis, especially amongst students relying on school meal programs, Juice Generation has partnered with Harlem Grown to provide children and families in harlem-based shelters with nutritious meals during this unprecedented time.

To our Juice Generation customers,

As we continue to provide essential food services across NYC, our goal is to keep everyone safe and informed - nothing is more important to us than the health and well-being of our customers and our employees. We have taken great measures to do our part to combat the spread of COVID-19, and we continue to identify new ways to further protect the Juice Generation family.

During NYS on Pause, we have consolidated our operations to a few stores in Manhattan and Brooklyn to continue to service our customers while reducing risk. Our in-store safety precautions are more rigorous than ever. Our employees wear masks and gloves at all times, we practice ongoing employee temperature monitoring, and sanitize our stores multiple times per day. We have also switched to a cashless environment to further help protect our community.

We are pleased to announce the launch of “Order Ahead” on the JG Supa Dupa Rewards app and online effective immediately. The rollout of this feature was accelerated to help better maintain social distancing in our stores. We have also taken additional initiatives to offer contactless delivery through our app and online.

We are proud that our menu features many immunity enhancing products. With this in mind, we have and continue to distribute product to hospitals and other first responders as they care for our city every day. In addition, we have expanded our long-standing partnership with Harlem Grown to provide children and families in harlem-based shelters with nutritious meals during this unprecedented time.

We are committed to providing personal and financial support for our employees. We implemented a 10% increase in hourly pay for our front-line heroes that operate our stores. Our long-standing healthcare benefits, which include virtual and telemedicine offerings, are available to all our employees. We will continually stand by our team as we navigate this health crisis together.

Juice Generation has been a part of the fabric of NYC for over 20 years. We stood together during 9/11, keeping our stores open during one of the most difficult times in our city’s history. Now as we confront this new challenge that is impacting all New Yorkers, we are committed to working together to help one another through this.

We are New York strong - please stay safe!
